Responsible Investment Opportunities & Solutions
I am a qualified actuary with over 25 years’ industry experience working with leading asset owners in over 20 countries and has spoken at conferences in 14 different countries.

I believe asset management is at a tipping point into Responsible Investing. My 10 years of working in Responsible Investing has included a wide range of perspectives from SRI and Environmental Opportunities to Social Infrastructure and “de-carbonised equities”. Most recently, I was Russell Investments ESG lead in EMEA developing its ESG client advice and solutions.​

I have strong technical & thought-leadership skills. I was the lead advisor for Russell Investment’s largest EMEA advisory clients with focus on strategic advice, ESG and integrating current market outlook into dynamic asset allocations. I was an Executive Director within Alternative Investment Solutions team at Lehman Brothers Asset Management developing portfolio solutions for the largest Institutional Pension Funds. I am a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries Resource & Environment Board and a volunteer for their Resource & Environment Issues for Pensions Actuaries working party.

Finally, I am a passionate believer on the importance of values & culture within an organisation, and an advocate for aligning the industry with a broad societal purpose. I was Co-chair of Russell Investments’ EMEA Diversity & Inclusion committee. I am an Ambassador for the Diversity Project.
